Opposing Sharia Law

Opposing Sharia Law means, among other things, opposing the brutal familial domination, wife beating, child abuse, and even bloody murder that is common to family life under Islam. Familial murder – what we would all consider murder, and what our civil laws proclaim to be murder – is quite legal in Islam, and even commonplace in some Islamic communities. Islam is a great religion for wife beaters and child abusers.

If a child or a wife disobeys or displeases the father, and the infraction is considered serious enough by the father, he just may execute the offender. The sin may be a child refusing to participate in an arranged marriage, or a child seeking a divorce from such a marriage, regardless of the age of the child, who may well be advanced in years. In point of fact, the father and the father alone acts as the prosecutor, the judge, the jury and the executioner. Therefore, the offense may be anything at all that the father and the father alone judges to be a capital offense.

There will be no attorney for the defense. There will be no witnesses brought forth, and no testimony heard. There will be no presentation, examination and trial of evidences. There will be no impartial jurist officiating. There will be no jury of peers.

There will be no day in court.

There will be no appeal; all judgments are final.

But, that’s just for openers.

Most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world, and they teach that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Moslems) they are assured of a place in heaven.

Definition of an infidel: A non-believer; one who does not submit to Islam.

So, according to this quite common, normal, orthodox teaching of Islam, all followers of Allah have been commanded to summarily execute someone who is not of their faith in order to be assured of a place in heaven.

This is no drill.

Imagine if the Pope of the Catholic Church taught and urged such a treatment of Moslems by Catholics. Do you suppose the SLIMC might notice that, and actually put some small thing about it in the news so the American people would know it too?

Well, gee-whilakers and gosharooties, I wonder why the SLIMC doesn’t consider the current murderous orthodox teaching of Islam to be even the least bit newsworthy.

Islam in general and Sharia in particular are so antagonistic to America as to pose a threat even to our continued existence as a free nation. A possible American legal solution was recommended in the Islamic Theocracy page, which shows that the very goals of Islam violate existing American law. That law should be enforced.

We have talked about the threat of Islam over and over again in this site; but nobody in high office seems to be taking the threat seriously yet. The fact that mainstream Islam opposes America in its everyday preaching and in its orthodox teaching seems to be lost on all who can do anything about it. We’re not talking about radical islam, or Islamic fundamentalism, or Islamofascism, or any other thing than normal, every day Islam here. What’s preached in virtually every Mosque on earth.

Sharia must not be given even the slightest foothold here. Sharia should be outlawed in America. Adherents who violate our existing law, as explained in the Islamic Theocracy page, should be prosecuted to the full extent of the existing law.

What we need is what we are supposed to already have here, and that is:

Representative Law, impartially and universally applied, border to border, to the exclusion of all foreign laws.
