Question: How do you know if Kerry is lying?
Answer: If his mouth is open and words are coming out.

I wasn't even going to talk about this, but after I'd seen every single major network gorgeous talking head of the SLIMC jump on this in a truly silly defense of Kerry, I just had to speak of it.
Here's what Kerry said to those college students in Pasadena: . . . Education; if you make the most of it, and you study hard, and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, you, you do well; if you don't, you get stuck in Iraq.
Which was quite reasonably interpreted to be advice to the students he was talking to, for them to avoid getting stuck in Iraq. The students laughed in response, because they interpreted it as simultaneously ironic, comic and true.
Now, our Johnny boy is claiming that he was talking about President Bush, and that his remarks were taken out of context. Another untruth. Put them in context, and read them again. There was no mention of President Bush. He was talking to students about life options, pure and simple. But, talking head after talking head buys into and reports his lie that he intended the remark to be aimed at the President, not the troops in Iraq. Although they're the ones in Iraq, not the President.
The Dems and the SLIMC, collectively known as The Party, claim that it was a botched joke, aimed at President Bush, see? He just left out a few words. What he meant to say was: . . . Education; if you make the most of it, and you study hard, and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, you, you do well; if you don't, you get us stuck in Iraq, like President Bush did. So that's a joke? Excuse me? Could someone please explain the punch line to me?
And if that's really what he meant to say, then every one of the college kids he was talking to would one day be President, unlike Kerry, and would be able to get "us" stuck in Iraq. The more they try to modify his quite typical insult to American fighting men with what he "should have" and "would have" and "could have" said, the deeper they all get.
If he intended to be insulting the President, he should have said so; his spoken words directly insulted the troops. Again. There's a pattern here. In a previous post I mentioned in passing this: We have the disgusting liar John Kerry, and all of the disgusting lies he told about Vietnam veterans, for the TV cameras and for the Democratic Congressional "Hearing" he was "testifying" before. These are the still-standing filthy lies that launched his political career within the Democratic Party. No legal or political ramifications there; the Dems love him. After all, he's one of them.

There's nothing difficult about this. His words are quite clear. He's a professional politician; he deals in public speaking; it's what he does. If he has such a piss-poor sense of control over his own mouth that he says one thing while he means another, then, he is in the wrong business.
I ain't buying it. He meant exactly what he said.
