TTRSTF = Them There Real Scientifical Type Fellers

Whenever your mouse passes over or pauses on the sarcastic-editorial abbreviation TTRSTF, anywhere in the Thinking Catholic Strategic Center website, the words Them There Real Scientifical Type Fellers should pop up in your browser's navigation bar, so you don't need to actually click on it every time just to see what it means. Just put your mouse on it without clicking, and look at your navigation bar. (Use your browser's Back button to return.)

Why do I pick on science so severely? Well, maybe because science as predominantly practiced today so richly deserves to be picked on. Science today is so severely secularized and divorced from it's ancient roots in philosophy that much of it directly opposes even the notion of any non-material causes or realities, including even the first cause of matter itself. Critical thinking and even the scientific method have been virtually eliminated from the field, having been replaced by "generally accepted" axioms on almost everything. Examples abound.

The link between HIV and AIDS is a good example. Why are there thousands of AIDS "victims" who never had HIV? Why are there thousands and thousands of people long infected with HIV who never seem to get AIDS? Even though a link between HIV and AIDS cannot be shown to exist using any empirical means whatsoever, the CDC (Center for Disease Control) is certain, certain, of their adopted government defined formula HIV=AIDS=DEATH. (See more in the HIV=AIDS Myth page.)

That's the way they do virology in the CDC. (There must be a lot of TTRSTF in the CDC.)

Why is the "Kinsey Report" still so widely respected and quoted today? Kinsey is now known to have been a twisted pervert who induced his fellow "researchers" into active participation in perverse and illicit group sexual encounters, including even pedophilia - sexual child abuse - with falsified, fabricated and trumped-up statistics and published results. Kinsey's work is still quoted and defended by many of his "colleagues" to this very day. (See more in the Freudianism page.)

That's the way they do science at Indiana University. (There must be a lot of TTRSTF at Indiana University, and working in psychology and sexology.)

Why is it that, in all the universe, there exists not one single shred of empirical evidence supporting the existence of any link or intermediary species at all between any other species, living or fossil, and yet Darwin's theory regarding gradual speciation is taught as dogma everywhere? I'm not talking about "the missing link" between man and ape; I'm talking about ANY missing link, between ANY species at all. If there is absolutely no empirical evidence whatsoever supporting the theory at all, and if speciation has never even been observed by anyone, including Darwin, in all of recorded history, then why is it so solidly supported by "science?" How did it even come to the point of being protected by law, with opposing theories religiously censored by law? (See more in the Darwinism page.)

Well, that's the way they do science in paleontology. (There must be a whole lot of TTRSTF in paleontology.)
