The same Leftist SLIMC that trashed The Passion now praises and whoops-up the DaVinci Code
The DaVinci Code is turning into such a topic. First, the best-selling book, touted to be a fictional novel with a lot of fast-paced action and spell-binding intrigue, starts getting some semi-serious editorial treatment that goes beyond editorial, and begins to acquire the typical MSM trumped-up Crockumentary smell usually associated with a Rather or a Cronkite. Then, the discussions get more serious, regarding underlying, long-lived legends, as if that secularist spin-doctored verbiage represented some kind of actual historical evidence. Then, experts are interviewed on it, and it always turns out that they are, or claim to be, experts on religion, but, of course, they are certainly not religious experts. Far from it.
And now, it's being made into a movie, and the treatment of the entire SLIMC, Hollywood included, is overwhelmingly positive, in an exact opposite demonstration of how Mel Gibson's The Passion was treated.
Here are the SLIMC positions: - The Passion, a thoroughly pro-Christian presentation, was universally treated negatively and even scornfully by the Left before they ever saw the first frame.
- DaVinci Code, a complete repudiation of the Divinity of Jesus Christ and the whole foundation for Christianity, is universally treated positively with heavy praise by the Left, before they ever saw the first frame.
- Cartoons of Mohammed, or any topic relating to Islam, are studiously avoided by the Left, preferably without any comment at all. If they have to say anything, then they must include remarks about how Islam is somehow a religion of peace, despite of all those perfectly innocent human dead bodies it keeps producing and we all keep seeing every single day.
What does this tell us about the ethos and truthfulness of the Left?
I submit that the SLIMC is completely devoid of honor and integrity, that it always has an agenda of the moment, and that it believes and practices the thoroughly Marxist and anti-Judao-Christian notion that the ends justify the means. The Left thoroughly despises and always seeks to harm Christianity. Period.
I have dealt with the false premises and downright silly errors in the DaVinci Code in the Perpetual Virginity page, which is a treatment of the ancient tradition of the professed virgin. Here I am just talking about the clear and obvious anti-Christian agenda of nearly the entire media, which so obviously puts nearly our entire news and entertainment media seriously at odds with the overwhelming majority of the American population.
Our media does not share our ethos or our morality; it is guided by a philosophy that is antithetical to ours and foreign to us. I have supplied enough information to get you looking at what the media has done and is doing; you really need to look at this.
Look closely at what the mainstream media said and says about The Passion, before, during and after its debut.
Look closely at what the mainstream media says about The DaVinci Code, before, during and after its debut.
Look also at past, present and future mainstream media treatment of Islam, and count how many times it is described as peaceful.
When you look at Islam, you are looking at a religion in which the strongest adherents kill innocent people, make it look like the murders were committed by other innocent people, in order to get one group of innocent people to get into a civil war with another group of innocent people, so that lots and lots of more innocent people may be killed.
The strongest adherents to Islam are the ones who will hijack a plane full of innocents and fly it into a building full of innocents, in order to kill just as many innocents at one time as it is possible to kill.
The strongest adherents to Islam are the ones who want, and intend to achieve, the complete annihilation if Israel and the elimination or enslavement of all Jews everywhere.
The strongest adherents to Islam seek, in complete accordance with their Koran, complete world domination by use of the sword.
Look closely at Islam, and at how it is treated by our mainstream media. If ever there was a potential for evil greater than blind atheism as expressed by Hitler, Stalin and Mao, that evil is personified in Islam.
I submit that the pro-active, secularist atheism of our SLIMC is even worse. Because it can sway your mind, and murder your soul.
You need to look at this.
