Boehner’s Folly: will it doom Constitutional America?

Ho hum, heavy sigh and here we go again.

Not passing a budget may be interpreted as a violation of the Constitution. So what else is new?

The Communist – excuse me, I meant to say the Democrat – Party, holding both houses of Congress and the White House, failed to so much as submit, let alone pass, a budget, in two years of absolute, unstoppable control of the Legislative and Executive branches of the United States government. They didn’t even submit a budget. The reason is clear: they intend to borrow and spend America into catastrophic economic crisis without publishing the details of where all the money was going. They just, legislatively speaking, periodically kick the can down the road with so-called Continuing Resolutions, and with so-called Raise the Debt Ceiling stop-gap resolutions, and they just keep spending and borrowing their way toward their ultimate goal, which is, the end of America.

After the 2008 election, I warned that we absolutely had to take the Senate in the 2010 elections because a Marxocrat-controlled Senate would never vote to impeach Obama, no matter what he did. I saw then and still see now that the only hope America has is to get Obama the hell out of the White House, as soon as possible. Failing that, the next best hope America has is to stop him from purposely doing more harm, in so much as that can be done.

The House holds the purse strings; if Obama flagrantly and illegally spends what Congress does not authorize, that would highlight his anti-American animus so brightly to all that many of the weaker of the anti-Americans in control of the Senate might switch sides and vote to impeach.

Boehner and the rest of the Republican leadership in the House, in their infinite wisdom, decided to compromise with these determined anti-Constitution – anti-Americans. He kicked the can down the road again. He could have stopped it right there, and forced a final fight that might have brought out the worst in Obama and his demons, in public. It is time to get it on, in the most public way possible, and once again, the professional politicians in the Republican Party showed that they haven’t got what it takes to save America. They aren’t packing the required equipment. They all need to be replaced with Tea Party sponsored candidates, if America survives long enough to even do that.

The Obamunists even had the gall to say they would temporarily withhold pay to American servicemen if the government shut down over the continuing unconstitutional non-budget situation. No real American would ever even consider such a thing. Servicemen in war zones would have concerns about families at home who could not make the house payment or pay the rent, just because of two things: Obamunist animus toward all things American, and Boehner’s Folly.

Boehner thinks, or says, that now that this little CR hold up has been brilliantly compromised out of the way, they can move on to real negotiations over real problems, like the budget in whole. No they can’t. The Obamunists are never – never – going to pass any serious Republican budget, and it will soon be kick the can time again. Every single time Constitutionalism compromises with Marxism, Constitutionalism loses. The American Constitution and Marxist Redistributionism are mutually exclusive ideologies that cannot be resolved via compromise. They are diametrically opposed to each other. Republican professional politicians either do not know that simple fact, or they are involved in the deception. Either way, they are doing America harm.

Obamunism now has more time to do more damage, and they will keep doing more damage, in every way imaginable. Why should Obamunism yield any more ground, or any more than tiny little snippets, in any of the many, many planned future Continuing Resolutions, or Debt Ceiling Raises, when they have proved that they love to kick the can down the road and continue on the path of American economic destruction? They most certainly are not going to pass any Republican budget; you can bet the farm on that. Boehner isn’t smart enough to see that kicking the can down the road is, in fact, kicking the American Constitution toward the dustbin of history.

What was needed was the backbone to send numerous waves of appropriations bills to the Senate to keep vital services – such as pay of servicemen – going during any government shut down. And perhaps to cut pay of Congress during any shut down, and not temporarily, and to allow massive government furloughs in other non-safety areas, and do it as loudly and publicly as possible, and put the Obamunist’s backs against the political wall and in the spotlight. But this pack of Republican leadership distinctly lacks backbone.

What is still needed is to shut the government down and then win this fight.

Let us look anew at the 14th Amendment.

Amendment XIV.

Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section. 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section. 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section. 4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section. 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

1. It meant to grant full citizenship to former slaves, including the right to vote, the right to full representation in government, and the right to full and equal protections and remedies under the law.
2. It meant to deny full citizenship, including the right to vote and the right to representation in government, to all Civil War veterans from any of the Confederate States, because they had been involved in “rebellion” and “insurrection” against the United States.

Look at the written and spoken words and the actions of such personages as Jeremiah Wright, Walter Cronkite, Nidal Hasan, Lee Boyd Malvo, Jane Fonda, Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Van Jones, Barrack Hussein Obama, Saul Alinsky, Cass Sunstein, Samantha Power, Richard Cloward, Frances Fox Piven, Andy Stern, and a host of others I could name, and tell me with a straight face that they are not committed to “rebellion” and “insurrection” against Constitutional America.

Tune in to Glenn Beck and listen to the recorded words of some of these people.

Why should they, or anyone like them, be granted equal protection and equal representation with the law abiding citizens who love this country and seek the safety and protection of it’s law?

Look again at the 14th Amendment and tell me why you would not support an effort to legislatively Outlaw Marxism in the USA.

Under the US Constitution, Marxism and Islam are rebellious and they are insurrectionist. They seek our destruction. In Marx’s seminal work, the Communist Manifesto, and in Mohammed’s seminal work, the Koran, the very idea of America is vehemently opposed. Islam opposes freedom of and from religion, and even free will, especially as applied to representative government, which is strictly against Islamic law. As is almost everything Constitutional America stands for. Marxism opposes religion, family, property, measurable wealth, borders, sovereignty, etc., etc., etc. – there is nothing left out.

Islam seeks Ummah, a one-world government in blind, absolute submission to Islam.

Marxism seeks an undefined New World Order, which is in truth a global one-world government ruled by a dictator.

And, when we look at what stands between them and us, all we see Boehner’s Folly.

God help us.

Addendum

This is in response to some telephone input, which I hate to do, and which I hope to never do again. Those of you who know my phone number and wish to comment on my website, just go to the website and do it. I won’t bite you. You don’t have to give your real name or any name, or any contact information. Just put your comment, suggestion or question out there and don’t worry about it. Now, don’t count on me hitting all your points, since I don’t have any printed copy of what you said and can rely only on memory, and I am getting older, you know.

First, on the Obama run for the Presidency in 2012. I have stated before in multiple places that I don’t believe Obama gives a particular damn whether he wins re-election or not; he wouldn’t turn it down, but that is not his main concern, which will address your other point. I said it in Who You Calling A Marxist?, and I said it in Three Fatal Oversights, and I said it in Liberty Vs Marxism & Islam, and I said it all over the pages in the Obamunism section, and I said it in a whole lot of other places on this site.

To Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, the Democrat Party, like the SEIU and the other unions, like the rolled-over subservient major corporations such as GE, GM, Chrysler and the biggest banks, like ACORN, even like the SLIMC, is nothing but a temporary tool, a stepping stone, something to be used up and discarded. So long as it has the power to serve his purposes, he will use it, but he has no love for it and feels no particular allegiance or commitment to it. What he is after is destruction followed by dictatorship.

Obama cut his teeth on Alinsky, who cut his teeth on Marx, who cut his teeth on Hegel, who cut his teeth on Machiavelli. Among religions, he holds only the ruthless brutality of Islam in high regard, but he holds nothing whatsoever to be sacred, and does not even begin to understand what the term sacred means. He is the consummate politician, and as such he is a polished actor on stage, under the lights, in front of a teleprompter. The only way Obama intends to even run is if America is still upright enough for elections to be able to take place in a normal fashion.

Obama might make a half-assed run at the Presidency again, but behind the scenes he is working to destroy economies, the fabric of America, and the stability of the world. And he is not alone in this effort; he is watching his compatriot-competitors, and they are watching him. He is playing a very dangerous high-stakes game here. If utter chaos does not occur before the 2012 election, and he wins re-election, so be it. And if he loses, so be it. He will take his posh Presidential retirement plan, his life time retinue of Secret Service protection, and wait in the wings, still working to destroy us from many different angles. He has planted and is still planting multiple seeds of destruction that will bear fruit later.

The goal is the destruction of the system that exists, and the assumption of total power.

Go read Machiavelli’s The Prince.

I don’t know why you should be surprised by these remarks. Try this. In sequence, go and read (or re-read) the following:

1. The Declaration of Indepencence.
2. The Constitution of the United States.

Why should you be surprised by any of this at this late date? The Democrat Party didn’t just pop into being last week.
