All Powerful Government Versus a Sovereign Self-Governing Citizenry

The American nation was constituted to have a small, limited, constrained and citizen-representative federal government, and a Christian, moral, sovereign and self-governing citizenry. The states, like the citizens, retained their own sovereignty, being subject to the federal government only in those areas covered by,
- the limited and enumerated powers of federal government listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution;
- the Bill of Rights;
- other rights of the states and rights of the people found elsewhere in the Constitution and its Amendments.
The only legitimate and legal way the federal government can go outside of those constitutional limitations is to create an amendment to the constitution to do it and send it out to the states to be ratified by a super-majority of 38 states. Otherwise, whatever federal government does outside of those limitations is unconstitutional, illegal and criminal.
The constitution further restrained the power of the federal government by separating the powers of the federal government, lest American government become dictatorial.
- Article One establishes the Congress as the sole originator of all federal laws; Congress legislates all law, but Congress cannot enforce federal law and Congress cannot adjudicate federal law.
- Article Two establishes the Presidency as the sole enforcer of all federal laws; Presidents enforce all federal laws, but Presidents cannot make new federal laws, and Presidents cannot adjudicate federal laws.
- Article Three establishes the Supreme Court as the sole adjudicator of all federal laws; the Judiciary adjudicates all cases in federal law, but the Judiciary cannot make new federal laws and the Judiciary cannot enforce federal laws.
Constitutional America epitomizes everything Marx's Manifesto despises and seeks to eradicate. Constitutional America gave birth to the greatest liberated and independent bourgeois middle-class of citizens the world has ever known. It turned the government-citizen relationship almost upside down. For the first time in world history,
- the citizenry didn't need and was independent of the government, and,
- the government needed and was dependent upon the citizenry.
Of course, that was then, and this is now.
All the rules have been broken.
- The federal government, especially the Congress and the Presidency, are themselves ruled and controlled by Political Parties that are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution and are therefore no legal or legitimate part of American government. But these Political Parties rule the House and the Senate, and they have made the Presidency their almost totally dependent slave.
- The Congress has unconstitutionally and illegally delegated much if not most of its sole responsibility for legislating all federal law to unconstitutionally existing and ever-growing gigantic, treasure-sucking bureaucracies, where highly paid nameless, faceless, unelected, unrepresentative and unaccountable bureaucrats issue "regulations" with full force of law behind them, subjecting sovereign states and sovereign citizens alike to behave accordingly, including even in areas not listed among the limited and enumerated powers of federal government.
- Presidents have issued Executive Orders outside of wartime military action and/or immediate international crisis situations, and/or disasters, that have become the same thing as federal laws binding on states and citizens, even in areas outside of Article 1 Section 8.
- The Judiciary has
- Adjudicated cases it never should have adjudicated because they were not cases of federal law and/or not among the limited and enumerated areas of legitimate federal legislation.
- Established new federal law through the route of setting case law precedents that have the effect of becoming standing federal law completely outside of the Congressional legislative process.
But the constitution still stands as written. It is still the supreme law of the land. It is the sword President Trump can wield, once back in office, to immediately slice off all those unconstitutional and therefore illegally existing regulating bureaucracies, nullify all of their regulations and make the government small and limited again. And cheaper to run.
The President is sworn to enforce the laws, and protect the Constitution, as written. It is his bound duty, more than anyone else in government, to safeguard the Constitution and keep it undefiled. Following the legal precedent set by the Judiciary in Marbury v Madison, striking down an unconstitutional law and establishing the Constitutional Principle of Judicial Review, any President can and should strike down any unconstitutional law, precedent, executive order. regulation or even whole regulating bureaucracy and establish a new and needed Constitutional Principle of Presidential Review.
The Constitution nowhere grants any one of the three coequal branches of federal government any special interpretive authority over itself that is superior to the interpretive authority of the other coequal branches.
But the President is the primary enforcer of federal law, and thus should be seen as the primary guardian and enforcer of the Constitution.
He can Make America Great Again by
- making the federal government small again, and
- making the states and the citizens sovereign again.
He would make America rich again just by doing these things, let alone by going to drill-baby-drill, mine-baby-mine, pipeline-baby-pipeline, frac-baby-frac, tariff-baby-tariff, etc.
But what about Obama's great transformation of America, which his placeholder, Biden, is continuing, in this, the third-term of Obama? This transformation is the whole reason Biden is criminally holding the borders open to invasion and criminally not enforcing immigration and border laws. It's not just to corrupt all future elections, eventually take the Constitution down and establish a one-party dictatorship in its place. It is also to,
- Change the racial demographics so that the white race is a minority.
- Change the national Ethos so that Christianity is a condemned and hated minority wherever it is still allowed to exist.
- Make whites subservient to blacks and people of color.
- Transfer white wealth and property to other races.
- Unseat the Constitution and Constitutional Rule and make Islamic Sharia the supreme law of the land.
Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, is as much an Islamist as he is a Marxist anti-American, bless his black little heart. And the criminal Biden is just his political sock puppet.
This is what our unconstitutional political parties have finally done to us.
How I would love to watch the Marxocrats and the Republicrats panic, rage, scream and scramble to find a way to run the House, run the Senate, run the swamp, run the elections and run the conventions after their parties were declared unconstitutional, told to put the gavel down and ordered out of all government offices and facilities.
What would they do without their political parties?
Why, they would have to figure it out the same way our first government figured it out after the original ratification of the Constitution. Which may be but should not be beyond their competence.
And then he could take up the constitutional sword and start whacking away at all the other unconstitutionalities. He shouldn't have to waste his time and our money trying to fix anything in government that constitutionally should not even exist.
- What makes the Congress, the Presidency, the Judiciary or the CDC think they know more about medicine and how it should be practiced, or about medical insurance and how it should be configured than the practicing medical and insurance professionals out in the private sector?
- What makes OSHA think it knows more about workplace safety than the businesses and industries that employ citizens to work and the workers who actually work out there in the workplace?
- What makes the EPA think it knows more about protecting air, soil, water, plants and animals than the private sector citizens out there making a living from and in the air, soil, water, plants and animals?
- What makes HUD think it knows more about housing and urban development than the state and local governments, developers and landlords out in the private sector?
- What makes the department of education think it knows more about teaching classical education subjects than the teachers out there teaching in the private sector?
We could keep asking similar questions for quite a while because there are so many unnecessary, unconstitutional and therefore illegally existing regulating bureaucracies and government programs like these out there just waiting to have the constitutional axe laid to them.
We are being told how to live our lives by tax-paid government slugs and dullards who don't do what we do for a living and couldn't do it if they had to.
