We suspect that too few MAGA Americans, perhaps including President Trump himself, recognize the value of the Constitution itself as being the chief political weapon of use in the return to Constitutionalism.
Many may love it, but few see it as a pure political weapon.
We are traditional Catholic Constitutionalist Americans. Besides Trump, my Marcie's favorite political figure is Senator John Kennedy of Alabama, and I like him too. What we like, besides his pro-Americanism, is his down-home humor and wit, and his funny colloquialisms skewering the Marxists, racists and hedonists of the Left. But my favorite has become Marjorie Taylor Greene, and the more I see her speak out the more I like her. And anyone suspended from Twitter (like me) can't be all bad.
Kennedy and Greene represent a rare and, we hope, reinvigorated and growing number of elected officers of the government who actually have read, understood and become the champions of the Constitution.
Before the January 6 Capital riot, there were more than a dozen Republicrat Senators objecting to key state electoral counts as invalid due to election fraud, but then, the riot interrupted everything, and when they reconvened hours later, a number of them, conveniently, dropped their objections.
After all, it was widely reported to be an actual armed insurrection by the Marxocrat news media, and it was terrifying, as testified to by impartial eye witness Elmer "Wambo" Fudd. Marxocrat, RINO and Unicrat Congressmen were crying and wetting themselves with fear. Later, Capital Police who testified to the actual reality of the armed insurrection started crying, on camera, just remembering the horror of it all, proving that it's a really scary thing to even think about. See?
And now the Marxocrats, RINOs and Unicrats are conspiring to indict President Trump on charges relating to his supposed instigating of (probably) Pelosi's "insurrection" to get him off the campaign trail and hopefully in prison, where they can do to him what they did to Jeffrey Epstein. (See Jan 6 lies.)
Now, today, look where America has gone since then, under Biden.
The Biden government is determined to dictate and mandate our preferences, our choices, our words, our opinions and even our thoughts. Not just what we are to do and how we are to live, but what we are to think.
I remain an American citizen, and I refuse to go along with their plan.
I'm not going to pretend that any man is a woman, or that any woman is a man, and I am never going to use anyone's "preferred pronoun", no one, including the government, can make me do it, and I hope they don't like it, and in fact I hope they want to do something about it.
The very idea that they might just makes me all the more pugilistic.
- I'm not going to celebrate sodomy on sodomy pride day, or month.
- I'm never going to say "Black Lives Matter".
- I'm always going to fully respect, support and back up local police.
- I'm always going to stand for the National Anthem, for the Flag and for the Pledge.
- I'm never going to bless abortion at any point, including before conception, and yes, contraception is a form of abortion. [Gen 38]
- I'm never going to use any stupidassed gender pronoun.
- I'm never going to believe the climate lies of Gore or Kerry.
- I'm never going to believe the pandemic lies of Fauci or Birx.
So How Are We To Return To Constitutionalism?
Marjorie Taylor Green and John Kennedy, like President Trump, strike a familiar chord with us because what they are espousing is simple down to earth common sense. We all know that when we see it, and indeed, we are drawn to it the minute we recognize the fact that it is real, and not put-on. It's a lot harder to act down-to-earth American than it is to actually be down-to-earth American, and we all generally know the real thing when we see it.
They are us; we are them; they're our kind of people; we're their kind of people. We can recognize them as neighbors and brothers, in the Biblical sense of those words. And we can recognize the treachery of the pretenders of all parties.
They, like we, recognize that where we the people are not being unconstitutionally legislated to death, we are being unconstitutionally regulated, adjudicated and executive-ordered to death. And that every law, every regulation, every illegally established legal precedent and every Presidential order that overrides and violates the Constitution and our Constitutional Rights needs to be turned back on itself.
And it cannot be done piecemeal. That would be playing their game. What Marxist "Progressive-ism" is is the long, slow, steady piecemeal dismantling and displacing of the entire existing order of things. That's what the Marxocrat Party is all about, and they are very good at it.
We cannot, for instance, purge and reform the unconstitutionalism out of federal regulating bureaucracies that are unconstitutionally existing in the first place. They are unconstitutional in their very being. The Constitution says so. They were unconstitutionally, which is to say criminally, brought into being to begin with.
We shouldn't try to fix them, but get rid of them, and their regulations and all of their bureaucrat "regulators" along with them.
Do you see, for instance, anything about the environment, or housing, or health care, or insurance, or medicine, or drugs, or education, or urban development, or food, or medical practice, or medicine, or species, or homosexuality, or marriage, or abortion, or genders, or contraception, or races, or opportunities, or employment, or loan guarantees, or tuitions, or equity, or animal rights, or workplace safety, or vehicle safety, or fuels, or energy sources, or climate, or sea levels, or militant secularism and secularizing, or religious cleansing, etc., etc., etc., among the constitutionally limited an enumerated authorized legislative authority of the federal government?
To make it easier for you to answer that question, here they are:
[From Article One of the American Constitution:]
Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]
[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]
[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]
[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]
[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.]
If it's not in there, it's not a federal matter; it's a state matter, and/or a local government matter, and/or, it is a matter best left to the authority and judgement of the private sector, i.e., the American citizenry.
America was designed and intended to be a nation of small and limited federal government, over a united and a still somewhat limited in power set of sovereign state governments, over still somewhat limited in power local governments, over a broadly liberated and self-sustaining and self-ruling American citizenry.
Self rule is the American principle here. We are a self sustaining people.
Constitutional rights are not to be infringed by any level of government.
We are not supposed to be "taken care of" by any level of government. We are supposed to take care of our own. That's what families are for; that's what neighbors are for; that's what Churches are for; that's what charities are for.
Marxism, including the Marxocrat Party, hates that. It's bourgeois thinking, condemned in all Marxist circles. Read the Manifesto. The Marxocrat Party opposes and seeks to destroy the very idea of anyone wanting to "take care of their own". They attack the family, fatherhood, motherhood, religions and charities; what they intend is to force everyone into eventual sole dependence on the Party and sole allegiance to the Party.
But we are, by Constitutional design, a bourgeois people. The exact opposite of the communes of Marxism and the replacement of private property with communal property. We prefer liberty to labor camps. We instinctively, let alone constitutionally, take care of our own. Note well that there is no "safety net" to be found in Article 1 Section 8. In America, by natural instinct as well as by law, when the destitute have no place else to turn, the lowest level of government should be approached, not the highest.
This contention between Marxist and bourgeois thinking is why the Marxcrat Party consistently attacks the family, paternalism, masculinity, fatherhood, normal sex, procreation, population growth, Christianity, Judaism, law enforcement, constitutional rights, the flag, the anthem, the pledge and everything America stands for. To destroy and make impossible citizen self-sufficiency and self-sustainability, and to remove all support systems, such as family, Church, charity and even the neighborly idea of "taking care of our own".
It's why they keep trying to start race wars, environment wars, equity wars and sex wars. To destroy all order in society and foment chaos.
Get Rid Of All Deep State Bureaucracies
Using the Constitution as a sword, President Trump could take out the EPA, for instance, by simple Presidential Declaration Of Unconstitutional Status. He could declare it to be unconstitutional and therefore illegally existing, shut it down and make all of it's regulations null and no regulation, thereby establishing the Constitutional Principle of Presidential Review.
Just as the Court established the principle of Judicial Review in Marbury v Madison, declaring a legislated law to be unconstitutional, null and no law, the President could do the same thing to any unconstitutional law, regulation, regulating bureaucracy, executive order or judicial case law precedent. And he could do it with the Constitution backing him up.
Anyone and everyone who opposed the move would be arguing against the Constitution itself.
Note that the constitution nowhere grants any special interpretive authority of itself to any one of the three coequal branches. All must equally know the constitution to do their respective jobs. The Congress legislates, the Presidency enforces and the Judiciary adjudicates federal law. All must know the constitution in order to do those things. None of the three branches are required to defer interpretive authority to any other branch. All are equal in that regard.
The constitution is self interpreting.
It's a legal document, written in English, that says very specific legal things. The ability to read is all anyone needs to properly interpret it, including the citizenry, who it was written for.
The Constitution is the citizen's owner-operator manual for America.
Just as President Trump could shut down EPA and fire everyone in it, he could do the same thing to a blue million other unconstitutionally existing gigantic treasure-sucking liberty-restricting federal bureaus with a huge savings in budget expenditures for pay, benefits and retirements of millions of petty bureaucrats who make everyone else's lives miserable, and who do the Marxocrat Party's bidding in all circumstances.
We go through the whole list, or as it was way back when, as documented among the Eliminate the Deep State pages and among the Make Government Small Again pages.
And if he really wanted to make America great again, he could take out the IRS too, and eliminate all federal taxes of any kind on citizens and businesses. It would require repeal of the 16th Amendment, which the required 38 state super-majority would quickly ratify since it would mean getting rid of the whole damned income tax and everything associated with it.
But we wouldn't even have to wait for the ratification to complete, because the tax rate can already be set to zero on existing government authority, thereby fast-tracking the effort to pass the Fair Tax bill and get it signed into law.
And none of us would ever file an income tax statement ever again.
No business taxes, no personal taxes, no inheritance taxes, no luxury taxes, no "behavior modifying" taxes, no property taxes, no social security taxes, no medicare taxes, no excise taxes, etc., etc., etc.
Our gross pay would be our net pay (except for state and local taxes).
Everybody gets a huge raise in pay. That means a huge increase in expendable income. See what that means in American Capitalism.
Can you say "Boom"?
At the same time that the federal government gets a huge increase in revenue it gets a huge reduction in expenditures. For the first time even Social Security would be fully funded, and without anyone paying into it.
We could then pick a date, and after that date, no new employees or new people would be added into the social security rolls or ever receive benefits. Everyone on social security would stay on it, and we would have shrinking, rather than infinitely growing populations of both working and retired social security beneficiaries. Problem solved.
There is no unconstitutional regulation, law, precedent, order, agency or bureaucracy that cannot be declared to be unconstitutional and therefore null and void, by simple declaration.
The existence of the anti-American Deep-State Shadow-Government is the whole reason that Washington DC is the richest metropolitan area in America. All the overpaid deep-staters and petty bureaucrats make their lucrative living there.
We need to turn that around. Shutting down unconstitutional bureaus would turn Washington DC into a virtual slum land overnight, and raise everyone else's standard of living all across the nation. Unemployed bureaucrats would have to learn to do something actually necessary and useful, or fall on the mercy of family, and neighbors, and Churches, and charities - unless, of course, they have abandoned and alienated all those things, through no one's fault but their own.
What Began With A Massive Turning From God Must End With A Massive Return To God
Government militant secularizing and religious-cleansing of America began or was accelerated by the unconstitutionally established "principle" of separation of Church and state. That is what got the nationally destructive ball rolling in the first place. That has to be turned around. It begins with the citizenry, one citizen at at time, on his knees if not on his face before God, humbly repenting of sin and seeking forgiveness and a return to grace.
America will not and cannot become great again without God.
The founders of America and the authors and the ratifiers of the Constitution all agreed on this. Citizens can only be free to the degree that they are moral. An immoral citizenry cannot be granted liberty. The whole reason America became great, said Tocqueville, was that her citizenry were moral. That's it. Very simple; nothing to it.
“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” –John Adams.

Adherence to the spirit and intent of our Constitution was so important to our Founding Fathers that one of the first acts of the First Congress was to pass the verbiage for the Oath or Affirmation of office in compliance with Article VI of our Constitution. George Washington was the first President administered the Oath or Affirmation as prescribed by Article II Section 1 on April 29th 1789, to which he added the words “So help me God.” He then said the following:
“I shall take my present leave; but not without resorting once more to the benign Parent of the human race, in humble supplication, that since He has been pleased to favor the American people with the opportunities for deliberating in perfect tranquility, and dispositions for deciding with unparalleled unanimity on a form of Government for the security of their union, and the advancement of their happiness, so His divine blessing may be equally conspicuous in the enlarged views, the temperate consultations and the wise measures, on which the success of this government must depend.” –George Washington.
“[The adoption of the Constitution] will demonstrate as visibly the finger of Providence as any possible event in the course of human affairs can ever designate it.” –George Washington.
A time of dividing is upon us.
The good from the bad; the real from unreal; natural from unnatural.
