Marxocrat Party & RICO (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act)
The Crimes of the Marxocrat Party are Legion, and the Organization of the Party Itself is of Conspiratorial Criminal Intent Worthy of RICO Law Application.

In the past, we have called for outlawing Political Parties in Constitutional America for the simple reason that they are
- extra-constitutional entities not mentioned in the Constitution;
- driven by partisan variable and varying political agendas;
- actually controlling all three coequal branches of government;
- doing all this in direct opposition to the constitution itself.
We have also called for outlawing all forms of Marxism in America for the simple reason that all forms of Marxism are anti-American and seek the displacement and replacement of American Constitutional Government, whether through anti-constitutional political action or by violent revolution. American Freedom Of Speech, Press, etc., should never be so universal as to welcome any speech or political action aimed at the overthrowing of the American Constitutional Government.
And, we have called for outlawing all forms of Islam in America for the simple reason that Islam's very purpose for being, as commanded by Mohammed and as recorded in the Koran, is to bring the whole world under the absolute domination of Islamic religion, Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic government, by any means necessary, including terrorism, including Taqiyya and including war. American Freedom Of Religion should never be so universal as to welcome any "religion" that not only opposes American Freedom Of Religion, but also intends to displace American Constitutional Government and rule all of America by Islamic (Sharia) Law.
These were all just simple common sense matters of national survival.
But now, the Machiavellian Masks are coming off of the Marxocrat Party in the aftermath of the Trump election, inauguration and wildly successful first term in office, despite all of their criminal actions aiming at defeating him politically, framing him with false charges of Russian collusion and even impeaching him on more trumped-up false charges.
They can't stand his repeated successes against their plots, and they are increasingly terrified that he will get the evidence sufficient to send them all to prison for treason. Every day they grow more desperate.
The Marxocrat Party, formerly the Democrat Party, is Marxist. By now everyone knows, or everyone should know, that Communism is quite impossible and cannot exist, at least not as the Utopian Ideal that it falsely claims to be. What Communism actually is, is precisely what the Marxocrat Party is aiming to become. We have described it elsewhere herein this way:
Under the impetus of Cultural Marxism, Communism has become two distinct things:
- Where Communism rules, it is One Party Dictatorial Rule, pure and simple.
- Where Communism does not yet rule, it is a socially destabilizing PSYOPS program aimed at popularizing, growing and spreading anti-social rebellion, for the eventual One-Party-Rule-To-The-Rescue event, a la Machiavelli.
And that describes what the Marxocrat Party is trying to do in America.
The criminal Marxocrat Party aim is to crush all opposition and move to one party rule, by any means necessary. The ends justify the means. If and when they are successful, the Marxocrat Party, and not the American Constitution, will rule America with an iron fist. In the image of Red China, or North Korea, or Cuba.
The whole Marxocrat Party is Alinsky Organized by trained, expert "Community Organizers" under the direction of master Alinskyians such as Madame Hillary and Comrade Obama (may peace be upon him). These include corrupted and criminalized Deep State operatives embedded in all government agencies and bureaucracies, including especially the State Department, Justice, FBI, CIA, NSA, FDA, CDC, ED and EPA. But that's not all, not by a long shot. They are instructed and ruled by the Marxocrat Party, and not the Constitution, and not the law.
The Marxocrat Party sponsors and directs a multitude of grass-roots anti-Christian and anti-American organizations, including Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Acorn, Black Panthers, Code Pink, Sierra Club, Gay Pride, Women's Marchers, Mainstream News Media, Academia, Public Education, Scientism, ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center, ILGA, NARAL, Planned Parenthood, USCCB, CCHD, CRS, and more.
The Marxocrat Party, members and candidates for office, and all of the Party's grass-roots organized victim-group event-triggered trouble makers are funded, directly or indirectly, by sponsors such as George Soros, Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook, Jack Dorsey and Twitter, Larry Page, Sergey Brin and Google, Chad Hurley, steve Chen, Jawed Karim and Youtube, Jeff Bezos and Amazon.
These people and organizations all restrict public speech to be very strictly pro-Marxocrat Party agenda speech, all news to be slanted to favor Marxocrat Party agendas and all opposing viewpoints to be filtered, censored or banned in direct violation of the Constitutional rights of the American citizenry, and all business to be controlled to harm the bourgeois little guy and enrich the big technocrats, crony-capitalist oligarchs and facistic-corporatists at the expense of small and middle class businesses.
The Marxocrat Party has members who are
- District Attorneys who will not prosecute Marxocrat-Party sponsored rioters, looters, arsonists and even murderers.
- Judges who will not sentence Marxocrat sponsored criminals.
- Mayors who act to defund and disestablish police in the face of Marxocrat Party sponsored street violence.
- State, City and County officials who grant amnesty to criminal aliens and other criminals, who release arrested rioters without bail and who let whole areas of metropolitan areas be vandalized, looted and set ablaze in order to reduce if not eliminate all bourgeois middle class business and employment.
- Governors who will not call out the national guard or take any other action to stop Marxocrat Party sponsored and Maxocrat Party supporting violence, rioting and illegal occupation.
The Marxocrat Party, its top operatives, organizers, funders and sponsors are clearly, obviously and openly working to
- take down the legitimate constitutional government of the USA,
- wreck the bourgeois middle-class and the national economy,
- eliminate the rule of law in favor of criminal activity,
- establish brutal One Party Rule over the USA by force.
If that's not criminal activity then there is no such thing, and if the Marxocrat Party is not representative of a Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization, then neither is the Mafia.
The organization itself needs to be outlawed, and the criminals running it and funding it need to be indicted, prosecuted, and when convicted, punished with sentences to include the new penalty of banishment.
If there is no logical place to deport them to, just the act of banishment itself will be an inducement for them to self-deport, since they would be stripped of citizenship and all the rights attendant thereto. If they can't vote, hold office, own real estate, hold any security clearance, teach, broadcast or publish, be protected from discrimination, etc., etc., etc., they would soon find a way to leave us and thereby improve America.
Of course, once upon a time, before the Court went Marxocrat, treason was a capital offense. That was before the Court went all partisan and political, as shown below:

On every major moral issue, "Social-Justice" issue, economic issue or Marxism versus American Constitution issue, the Marxocrat Party Justices always adjudicated in lock-step right down the Marxocrat Party line with no deviation whatsoever. Even in direct violation of both the constitution and the oath of office.
Now, with the demise of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, R.I.P., that may be about to change, hopefully for the better. We'll see.
