These "Points Of No Return" are about the conquest of America and Western Civilization through the unresisted growth of parasitic politics and evil political movements. Parasitic politics gradually turn citizens into their own enemies, eventually destroying faith in God, morality, normalcy, decency, legitimate authority, normal families, fatherhood, motherhood, recognition of reality, orderly society and well ordered lives.

Any local infection can become a "general" infection, as in blood poisoning, or an infection of the blood. Multiple local infections multiply that possibility. The parasitic infection of Marxian, Islamic, Hedonistic, etc. politics always threaten to become a general infection of the whole body of America and the whole body of Western Civilization.

The initial goal seems to be to turn people against themselves.

Cultural Marxism is the main political driver.

In the Moral Slippery Slope we talked about points of no return, and in the treatment of Blind Spot we talked about one kind of evil point-of-no-return trap along that slope that is most often unrecognized until it is too late.

There are lots of them. Some trap individuals, some trap families, some trap institutions or organizations and some trap whole nations. All have the potential of trapping the whole world. All of them are political; most if not all of them grow political movements that agitate, even to the point of rioting and revolting, to force public belief in and support of themselves and their "cause", and to condemn all who will not bow and obey.

It's all part of an illegitimate and illegal political cultural takeover.

Blind Spot:
Belief, By Faith Alone, In The Pseudo-Science (Scientism) Of Darwinism And Darwinist Evolution Of Anything

There is no such thing as "natural evolution" of anything simple into anything more complex. Thermodynamics and entropy insist that everything becomes more simple over time and never more complex. In other words, things, including life forms, break down over time.

Both the GESGOEAEOT² original evolutionary theory and the later PEWAG³ theory stand disproven.

Gradual evolution is disproven by the lack of a speciation event.

A Speciation Event is defined as an event in which evolutionary changes are passed on through heredity and built-up to some point where, by some unknown mechanism, the newly evolved "species" may successfully reproduce itself, but, may no longer successfully reproduce or interbreed with the parent species from which it "evolved". It cannot produce fertile (not sterile) progeny through interbreeding with members of the species from which it evolved. Like all species, successful breeding may only occur very strictly within its own species. 

In all of human history, no such speciation event has ever been observed by man. No human being, including Darwin himself, ever witnessed a speciation event.  In all of the huge fossil record, there is no fossil evidence of any such speciation event ever having occurred.

Gradual evolution theory also encounters the falsifying fact that every child is a very slight mutation of its own parent set, and all mutations have slightly less genetic material, never more, than the parent set. That means less opportunity for diversity, not more. It's called genetic entropy. It is quite impossible, for instance, for a single-cell life form to "evolve" into a multi-cell life form, let alone for any living thing to evolve into anything more complex than itself.

And of course the "punctuated equilibrium" evolutionary theory's "mass mutation" sub-theory is falsified by the human DNA trail of XX-Mitochondrial Eve and XY Chromosomal Adam, in which every human being ever born is DNA traceable back to one single parent set.

Belief, By Faith Alone, In The Pseudo-Science (Scientism) Of Freudianism And Freudian Sexual Hedonism

Freudianism’s Repressed Memory Syndrome theory, A.K.A. psycho-analysis, is pseudo-science, or Scientism, devoid of all scientific evidences or proofs.

The whole field of psycho-analysis is fraudulent, as we said back in Repressed Memory Syndrome. It's a massively successful mind trick. It has never been, because it cannot be, subjected to the scientific method.

The entire theory involving repressed memory and analysis of the subconscious mind rests solely upon the purely subjective hypothesis of Sigmund Freud, it has no empirical evidence whatsoever supporting it, and yet it enjoys near unanimous peer support everywhere today.

Any new neurosis or psychosis detected, by Freud or anyone else, is automatically assumed to involve a subconscious repressed memory. All past psychological disorders in the record are assumed to have involved dreadful past events suppressed in the conscious memory of the subject. All current psychological difficulties are assumed to be in need of deep psychoanalysis to uncover and deal with repressed memories.

The Subconscious Mind. If anyone anywhere in all of recorded history has ever observed a subconscious mind, then lay the evidence of the event on the public table before us so that we all may observe it in the same light. The exact same subconscious mind must be available to every one us; then we may each independently make our own observations and experiments and do our own critiques by objectively putting this theory to the test.

If no subconscious mind has ever been observed by more than one observer in all of recorded history, and cannot even be made to be observable by anyone else, then the whole notion of the subconscious mind must be abandoned as a scientific theory in the interest of preserving the integrity of science itself.

The Repressed Memory. If anyone anywhere in all of recorded history has ever observed a repressed memory, then lay the evidence of the event on the public table before us so that we all may observe it in the same light. The exact same repressed memory must be available to every one us; then we may each independently make our own observations and experiments and do our own critiques by objectively putting this theory to the test.

If no repressed memory has ever been developed out of a subconscious mind by more than one observer in all of recorded history, and cannot even be made to be observable by anyone else, then the whole notion of the repressed memory must be abandoned as a scientific theory in the interest of preserving the integrity of science itself.

Freud himself was almost as nutty as Jung, and almost as devious, evil, hedonistic and perverse as Kinsey.

There was absolutely nothing in Freudian, Jungian or Kinseyian theory that was in any way scientific, proven or even sensible. Like Darwinism, they were snapped up and weaponized by the Cultural Marxists to push destructive political agendas, like the "normalcy" of perverted sex and the acceptability of hedonism.

They aimed man in the wrong direction. They held that guilt, but not sin, was to be conquered. They emphasized the need to conquer guilt and shame, but not to conquer sinful and shameful behaviors. In fact, they argued that there was no such thing as sin, therefore, there should be no such thing as shame associated with sin.

Like Darwinism, Freudianism provides both direct and indirect attacks on belief in God and on adherence to the Judaeo-Christian moral norms upon which Western Civilization was built.

At its core, Freudianism would free mankind of guilt about anything.

Belief, By Faith Alone, In The Pseudo-Science (Scientism) Of Marxism And Marxist Utopian Economics

Marx's great masterpiece work was the Communist Manifesto. It was co-authored by Engels, but Marx actually wrote it. It was read and adopted, with variations, by such Socialists as Mussolini and Hitler.

What all Socialists, whether Communist, Fascist or National Socialist share in common is opposition to Capitalism and opposition to an independent self-sustaining and therefore not subservient and dependent citizenry. What Marx demonized as the hated Bourgeois was the self-reliant personal or family business, be it a family restaurant, farm or whatever. His manifesto is loaded down with vitriol against the hated bourgeoisie.

Socialism's failed economic theory involves

• a government planned and controlled economy
• driven by an obedient citizenry to implement the plan.
  

America's successful economic theory involves

• an open free market system of supply and demand
• driven by a free citizenry protected by government.
  

The Constitution of the United States stands in direct opposition to all Socialist ideals, and in particular, champions the rights of Marx's hated bourgeoisie. Constitutional America and Socialism, in any form, are diametrically opposed to each other, and cannot be blended or made to coexist in the same government.

They are mutually exclusive mortal enemy political ideologies.

The problem world socialism faces is that America is the major economic power in the world, and America is capitalist, disproving socialism and proving the efficacy and efficiency of a nation with a liberated self-sufficient citizenry. America proves capitalism and disproves socialism, right there for the whole world to see.

Therefore, before the rest of the world may be socialized, America must be taken down, one way or another.

Socialism controls all information; speech, press, literature, entertainment, education, science, art, etc., and does not tolerate any political opposition.

America grants absolute constitutional rights of free speech, free press, free expression, free assembly, free association and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.

Socialism insists upon communal property; America protects private property.

Socialism would redistribute property from those who earn earn it to those who do not earn it; America establishes private property as an actual constitutional right of the citizenry.

Socialism opposes the family and parental authority insisting on all allegiance to the state; America insists upon citizen self-rule subject only to moral rule of law.

Socialism opposes religion; America protects it.

America's Marxocrat Party is ideologically and politically socialist.

America's Republicrat Party is too weakly capitalist and far too weakly anti-socialist. It goes along to get along; it compromises; it cooperates with socialism "to get things done". It does not see socialism as the anti-constitution mortal enemy of constitutional America that it is.

Both parties are also unconstitutional, but that's for another blind spot.

The real goal of the Marxocrat Party is the systematic wrecking of the very constitutional concept of the USA. That unique, one of its kind in all the world concept stands in the way of Marxism's "inevitable" march to achieve a globalist, new world order tyrannical government of the world.

What we have here in America is the governing concept of written constitutional rule, rather than human rule, in which the Constitution, as the supreme law of the land, guarantees,

• a liberated,
  
• moral,
  
• armed,
  
• independent,
• self-reliant and self sustaining citizenry.

That's really what America is all about.

And what does this new world order of Marxism-Communism-Socialism offer as a governing concept?

• a cowed and subservient,
• helpless and totally dependent,
• unarmed,
• blindly obedient government sustained citizenry.

Government slaves, in other words.

It's the starkest of differences between American rule-of-law and the rest of the world's rule-of-man.

Too bad our unconstitutionally existing political parties don't really believe in or obey our Constitution.

Blind Spot:
Belief In The Political Claim That Islam Is A Religion Of Peace And Not Of Forcing All The World To Submit To Islam

Allah is no god, and Mohamed was no prophet. Islam is a geopolitical military ideology of world war masquerading as a religion. The very purpose for being of Islam is to bring the whole world into submission and under the subjugation and brutal domination of Islamic law.

The word Islam means "Submit".

All of the "peaceful" and/or "Christians and Jews are brothers-of-the-book" verses in the Koran were recorded before the Hegira, Mohamed's flight from Mecca to Medina. The "death to the Jews" and "death to the Christians" verses were recorded after that.

By Islam's own rules of abrogation, the later verses abrogated the earlier ones, rendering them obsolete. These obsolete verses were the ones Mohamed said were inspired by Satan; they were the "Satanic Verses" written about by Salman Rushdie, earning him an "anyone who finds him may slay him" death sentence from the Imams of Islam.

Here in the USA, Islam practices Taqiyya against us and wages a hidden war of Civil Jihad against us, growing a parasitic Ummah among us until it is large enough and strong enough to overthrow us.

Like Socialism, Islam opposes just about every American constitutional right of the citizenry, beginning, of course, with freedom of religion. Islam cannot tolerate "rights" to free speech, free press, equality, life, liberty, property, assembly, etc., etc., etc.

Comrade President Barack "Kiss my ass because it's black" Hussein Obama (peace be upon him) appointed Jihadist members of the Moslem Brotherhood to high national security positions in his administration. Their organizational motto, emblazoned on their flag, reads:

Similar words may be found in every single Islamic sect in existence today, frequently emblazoned on the flag of the sect. That's what Islam is really about; that mission is at the core of Islam itself.

Jihad - holy war - is unique to and absolutely inseparable from Islam. Jihad is a requirement of Islam. Moslems who do not directly wage Jihad protect, defend and support Jihad, and will hide among them Jihadists, terrorists and Mujahedin from "Kafir" authorities.

Jihad is insisted upon by the Koran. It cannot be separated from Islam.

Islam is even more anti-American than socialism, and that's saying something.

Blind Spot:
Belief That Federal Government Is Not Constitutionally Prohibited From Addressing Moral Issues

Subjects that the federal government of the USA may address in law are limited and enumerated, per Article One Section Eight of the Constitution, as we see here:

Note well that moral issues are not in there. Moral issues in Western Civilization are Judaeo-Christian Biblical religious morals. It is upon these moral standards that Western civil law stands. Specific morals, like specific denominations, are left to the sovereign states to legislate, or, left to the sovereign citizen in the absence of state legislation.

Subjects such as Abortion, homosexuality, marriage, medical insurance, etc., are notoriously absent from Article 1 Section 8, which means the federal government is constitutionally prohibited, by law, from legislating, enforcing or adjudicating anything to do with them.

From Doe to Obergefell to Obamacare, the federal government violated the constitution and oaths of office to bring legalized abortion, homosexual marriage and Obamacare into unconstitutional being in America.

Any President, as chief law enforcement officer of the USA sworn to uphold the constitution, may simply declare any and all such laws to be unconstitutional, null and no law by simple declaration, as the Court did in Marbury v Madison. If the Court can do it, so can the Presidency.

The constitution nowhere grants any special interpretive or authoritative superiority to any one of the three coequal branches of federal government. As the court established the principle of judicial review in Marbury v Madison, so can a President establish a principle of Presidential review in any similar case.

Any federal "law" that is unconstitutional should be struck down.

• The Congress legislates constitutional law.
• The Presidency enforces constitutional law.
• The Court adjudicates constitutional law.
• All are sworn in oaths of office to obey the constitution.
  
• All must equally know the Constitution to do their duty.

Very simple; nothing to it.

Blind Spot:
Belief That Federal Government Is Not Constitutionally Prohibited From Religiously Cleansing The Nation

The Religion Clause of the First Amendment contains two restrictions on the government, and no restrictions on the citizenry. The Congress is expressly prohibited from:

1. Legislating, regulating or otherwise establishing legal preeminence of any religion as any sort of official religion of the nation.
2. Legislating, regulating or otherwise establishing any rule or law Interfering in any way with any American citizen’s free and open exercise of religion.

The Black Court decision in the 1947 Everson v Board of Education case violated the First Amendment and should be struck down as being unconstitutional. (See Separation of Church and State.)

This unconstitutional legal precedent started an anti-Christian political ball rolling through the American ethos, trivializing Christianity at least and demonizing Christianity at worst, and enervated and strengthened an evil Secularization political movement aimed at religiously cleansing America.

Basically, America was Christian at her colonial birth.

When the Constitution was written and ratified, the First Amendment religion clause was written to

1. prohibit the federal government from picking a denomination to be the federal religion of all of America, and,
2. prohibit the federal government from interfering in any way with any state, any lower jurisdiction or any citizen's right to worship, or not, and to live his life in accordance with his own chosen Christian denomination, or none.
   

It was not written to cleanse the government of Christianity, nor was it written to cleanse education, any institution, or the American citizenry of Christianity.

But that is what it is doing.

Nor was the constitution written to allow and protect religions or ideologies that are specifically and dangerously opposed to our constitutional rights, especially First Amendment rights. Our constitution was not written to protect within our shores mortal enemy ideologies such as anti-American atheistic socialism and anti-American Islam.

Freedom of religion cannot be used by anti-Americans as an excuse to bring in or "free" religions or ideologies intent on making war on the constitutional right and the very principle of freedom of religion.

Note that secularism in America is not an innocent "freeing" of anything from any religious rules. It is an evil political movement aimed at the systematic religious cleansing of Christianity out of America.

Ask yourself, why would any Congressman, Senator, President or Justice want to avoid public prayer or any hint at being Christian, or avoid applying Christian moral principles in the legislation, enforcement or adjudication of law?

Could it be that they are anti-Christian, which is to say, anti-American, constitutionally speaking?

Blind Spot:
Belief That Federal Government Is Not Constitutionally Prohibited From Legalizing Racial And Sexual Discrimination

While falsely claiming to be prohibiting racism, all "affirmative action" , "diversity" and "equal opportunity" laws in America actually impose racism wherever they are found. The limited and enumerated powers of government nowhere mention affirmative action, diversity or equal opportunity, nor do they mention race, racial quotas or diversity levels for any populations.

Nor do they mention sex, or gender, whether real or imaginary.

What the constitution does guarantee is Equality, i.e., equal treatment before the law, equal rights and responsibilities and equal limitations.

American equality does not equate to Marxist "equity", or equality of outcome.

Every race represented among the America citizenry has an absolute right to equal treatment everywhere in America.

Every affirmative action law, rule or regulation in America is an unconstitutional establishment of racial discrimination that should be opposed any time it is brought before a court.

Every business that identifies itself as an equal opportunity employer thereby identifies itself as a discriminator against some race(s).

Blind Spot:
Illegally Legally Imposed Social Embracing Of Openly Homosexual Individuals And Homosexual "Lifestyles"

American citizens have every right to discriminate against homosexuality anywhere, any time, in any area of life in America. No level of government, no employer and no school or other institution has any legitimate authority to force any American citizen to be or become so morally indiscriminate as to even tolerate, let alone bless and approve of homosexuality.

Homosexuality is immoral and unnatural. Pretending otherwise does not change that. Americans have a right to oppose immorality and the unnatural. No American should ever be forced against his will into the close company or association in any way with homosexuals.

Being forced to act otherwise is an attack on the right to liberty.

Blind Spot:
Illegally Legally Imposed Social Embracing Of Transsexualism And "Genders" Beyond Male And Female

All that we said about the American citizen's right to discriminate against homosexuality applies here.

There is no such thing as a transgender. Get over it. There are men and there are women, and there are no other "genders" of humans.

Doctors who perform "gender affirming health care" should be stripped of their licenses to practice medicine.

Doctors who claim there is any such thing as a transgender call into question the teaching credentials of the institutions where they received their medical educations.

Lawyers and judges who legally support the "rights" of transgenders should be stripped of their licenses to practice law, and they call into question the teaching credentials of the institutions where they received their legal educations.

Biden's whole administration is a circus freak show of incompetence.

Diversity is not our strength. That's a lie. Diversity is our destruction.

Exclusivity Of Identity is our strength.

Blind Spot:
Belief In America's Need Of A Federal Reserve Independent Of The Constitutional Government And The People

Look at item 5 in Marx's Pillars of Communism, from his Manifesto:

That was Wilson's reason for creating the FED. It took the minting, printing and keeping of America's treasure out of the hands of the federal government and put it all into the hands of an "independent" cabal of carefully selected bankers. That it was too be independent of the (unconstitutionally existing) political parties was a smoke screen. The real intent was to make it independent of the government.

The federal reserve act of 1913 needs to be repealed and control of all minting, currency and treasure returned to the treasury department.

Treasury should establish a hands-off strategy concerning interest rates, and let the value of currency automatically set and reset itself by the supply and demand of money. The best policy possible is Friedman's Monetarism, in which the only thing controlled is the supply of money, which,

1. increases in strict accordance to citizens population increase,
2. not to exceed a limit of 2.5%.
   

Interest rates would then float with the supply and demand of money. Interest would become an automatic thing, if left alone by government.

If the government stays out of controlling wages, prices or profits, everything else will take care of itself.

There should be no minimum or maximum wages; there should be no minimum or maximum prices; there should be no minimum or maximum profits.

The natural laws of supply and demand will competitively set the prices of labor, of goods and services, and of currency.

The fatal flaw of socialism is, as a planned and controlled economy, it has no automatic or natural mechanism for establishing prices of anything, from labor to goods and services. The government itself has to do all of that.

It's unnatural, and it just doesn't work. it's a fatal flaw.

Blind Spot:
Belief That America Cannot Function Without Its Communist Inspired Graduated Income Tax

Look at item 2 in Marx's Pillars Of Communism from his Manifesto:

That was Wilson's reason for establishing his graduated income tax. Before that, America depended on tariffs on foreign goods for revenue. The only time any citizen tax was imposed, in a time of emergency, was a tax on property sales. Not property, but sale of property, and even that was temporary.

It's time to repeal the 16th amendment and get rid of it.

But how will we fund everything this bloated government has taken on?

By passing the Fair Tax. We could fast-track it by setting all tax rates to zero until the states ratify the necessary amendment to repeal the 16th amendment. For the first time since the last balanced budget, everything would be fully funded, including social security, for life, and that would present an opportunity to kill it before it kills us. How?

Once Social Security is fully funded, we could stop withholding FICA from all employees, and stop issuing new numbers to new employees just entering the workforce; they will not be participating in social security. They just get all of their wages, like everyone else. People with a social security number would still retire on schedule; people drawing social security would still draw it; no new social security numbers would be issued, but those who have it, would keep it.

We would then have a shrinking, rather than growing, number of future social security retirees. No new participants coming in, and as the population ages and people pass on to the next life, the pool shrinks.

The fair tax is a consumption tax, not an income tax. It's paid at point of retail sale. No more filing of any income tax statements. No more IRS. Merchants would treat it just as they treat sales taxes today.

Think about it. What business is it of the government how much money you make, or your pastor makes, or how much money you have?

With the passage of the fair tax, all other taxes on citizens are covered and therefore should be repealed, including income taxes, "behavior modifying" taxes (tobacco, liquor, gasoline, etc.), property taxes, inheritance taxes, luxury taxes, corporate taxes, business taxes of any kind, and there should be only one tax American citizens pay, that being the fair tax.

All existing federal sales taxes should be gone, replaced by the fair tax, including the taxes paid at the gas pump.

Retail merchants would then be responsible for rendering the collections to the government, as they are now with sales taxes.

And everyone would be freed from worrying about taxes ever again.

And, everyone who is a citizen would receive a "prebate" monthly payment from the government, paid out of the excess revenue from the fair tax.

Prebate is computed annually based on the published “poverty level” figures, to make sure that the legitimate American citizenry can still afford the basic necessities of life. It is the Fair Tax Rate, expressed as a percentage, times the poverty rate, divided by 12. Each citizen receives this amount in the mail or in his bank account each month.

As computed back in the year, 2009, a single person would receive a monthly check of $199, and a couple would receive a monthly check of $399. It goes up with dependents, of course. A single parent with seven children would get $682 per month, and a couple with seven children would get $882 per month. All Americans would receive this Prebate, without so much as lifting a finger. No work quotas, no work requirements, no pre-qualification, other than being an American citizen or a legal American worker.

Maybe that's not much, but it beats the hell out of the government set $20 monthly wages paid to Cubans in (probably) the richest of all Communist countries.

The important thing about the fair tax is this:

• Everyone in America would get a huge raise in pay. Their gross would become their net (except for state and local taxes).
  
• That would mean a huge increase in citizen expendable income, which would mean a huge economic boom.  (See Capitalism).
  
• It would put pressure on state governments to follow suit and establish state consumption taxes modeled after the fair tax at the state level, and eliminate all state income taxes and all other citizen taxes, as the federal government did.
  
• States would compete with each other to be the state with the lowest sales tax.
  
• Those that don't will stagnate and lose population.
  
• The more states that do that, the greater the economic boom will grow.
  
• Governments at all levels would experience huge increases in revenue.
  

Almost overnight, America would AGAIN become the world's greatest economic powerhouse, the world's greatest "draw" of foreign investment and location of production facilities, and the world's greatest market place for all things free market capitalist.

Belief That A Senate Composed Of Professional Politicians Is Better than One Composed Of Statesmen

Look at these quotes of socialists on how to "democratize" nations out of their independence:

And why does democracy end up corrupted into something worse?

How prescient he was. Today the Marxocrat Party, which is driven by Marxist ideology, is doing everything in its power to turn our Republic into a Democracy; from Amendment XVII, reducing the Senate to be just another elected House, to ongoing efforts to eliminate the Electoral College. At the same time, the Democrat Party is doing everything in its power to increase public benefits out of the treasury and make as many people as possible completely dependent upon the state. To say that citizens are dependent is to say that they are no longer independent, and that is to say that they are slaves. The ultimate goal of the Marxocrat Party is, just as Tocqueville predicted, movement of our Republic into a democracy, economic collapse, social collapse, and finally, dictatorship.

Today we hear politicians from both sides of the aisle and from "independents" political rallying cries to "save our democracy!" when what we should be hearing is cries to "save our republic from becoming a democracy!".

We were not constituted to be a democracy. We were constituted to be a republic. The authors and the framers and the ratifiers took great pains to make sure were were not and could not become a democracy. Woodrow Wilson and his party did their best to wreck that concept. The Marxocrat Party today, and not just a few Republicrats, are continuing that evil effort.

If you think we are a democracy, you too have been fooled into going along with that program.

Constitutionally, before Wilson's 17th amendment, the only politicians in America who were directly elected by popular vote were the members of the house of representatives. The President was elected by the electoral college, and the Justices were appointed by the President and approved by the Senate.

And Senators were appointed by their duly elected state governments, and served at their discretion. The states sent them to Washington, and the states recalled them from Washington, at their sole discretion.

They were supposed to counteract the democratic house of representatives, voting in the interest of the state governments, not in the interest of the popular vote of the state. That's what the House was for. The Senate was designed to temper democracy, not reinforce it.

Two senators from each state were supposed to be akin to ambassadors from sovereign nations, but with voting rights. It was to make and keep the sates more sovereign entities within the union, rather than mere neighborhoods, all under the same ruler.

If states of the USA are really sovereign, then their governments ought to have much to say about national policies. How can a "state" express any national authority at all in a nation comprised of states, if its senators don't answer to them, but answer only to the voting public, who can be easily tricked by political-psychological machinations?

Look at our senators today. Do you think Mitch McConnell, for instance, is a good representative of the state government of Kentucky? Or is he a better representative of pure politics, which, in the best of instances, become corrupted and controlled over time? Look at John Fetterman, and look at Dianne Feinstein.

Once the political fix is in, many a senator is in for life, and a few have been elected even after they died. The senate today is loaded down with doddering old fools with political machines that keep them in office. They aren't interested in what their states need; all they care about is what's popular, or what can be made popular, and how to stay on the gravy train.

They are professional politicians, not statesmen, and the longest lived of them are so assured of job security that they will never step down until they have no choice in the matter.

If America is ever again to become the great republic she once was, we need to repeal the 17th amendment, get the senators completely out of politics and get them back to being appointed and recalled by their state governments.

In other words, make statesmen out of them or get them out of office.

Blind Spot:
Belief That The Second Amendment Was Written So That Americans Could Hunt Ducks And Not To Arm Citizen Soldiers

We beg to differ.

In the English of the era,

• To be "regulated" meant to be well trained, as would be any "regular" in the military.
  
• "Militia" meant every able bodied man between the ages of 16 and 65.
  
• To "Keep" meant to possess.
  
• To "Bear" meant to carry.
  
• "Arms" meant weapons of war.
  
• "Shall not be infringed" meant that the right is absolute.

Very simple; nothing to it.

By the simple English of the Second Amendment, we submit that every single gun law in America is a violation of the constitution. Registration is a violation. Government lists of gun owners are violations. Gun dealer licensing and rules are violations. Possession and/or carry licensing is a violation. Types of weapon prohibitions are violations. Amunition restrictions are violations.

All any gun laws in America have accomplished is to raise crime rates. Evey law restricting citizens from being armed increases the ratio of armed criminals over unarmed law abiding citizens. Criminals, by definition, disobey laws. That's what makes them criminals. 

Early 1930s era laws outlawing fully automatic weapons only put Browning automatic rifles and Thompson submachine guns into the hands of Mafia and other gangsters who ignored those laws, and took them out of the hands of the law abiding.

To this day, the most legally gun restricted zones in America have the most gun crimes.

I would say there ain't no cure for stupid, but I don't think the Marxocrat Party pushes gun control out of stupidity, but by evil plan. They want more lawlessness and more disorder and chaos. That's what they're all about. They are anti-American Marxists, after all. It's one more way to disorder society. Why do you think they're holding the border open? Why do you think they're pushing the green new deal?

If a President with the balls to do it abolished all gun laws by declaring them to be unconstitutional, null and no law, a whole lot of gun crimes would shut down in one big hurry, probably even in the worst of neighborhoods. Mass shooting events would certainly shut down a lot, if not totally.

Do we really need the BATF? If alcohol is legal, and tobacco is legal, and firearms are legal, why does BATF even exist?

What America does need, after a cleanup of the DOJ of course, is federal attorneys in cities and boroughs all across America filing charges against local and state governments who are violating citizen constitutional rights. To take a proactive role on the citizen's behalf to remove government burdens on citizen rights. To come to citizen's legal aid, at no charge, to fight the good constitutional battle on their behalf.

Blind Spot:
Belief That Political Parties And News Media Are Constitutionally authorized Parts Of Federal Government

Article 1 of the constitution describes the congress, lays out its organization and gives it its operating instructions. Artilce 2 describes the Presidency, lays out its organization and gives it its operating instructions. Article 3 describes the Supreme Court, lays out its organization and gives it its operating instructions.

There is no such article refering to any political parties, nor is there any such article refering to any news organization. They are no part of America's government, and they have no government duties, responsibilities or requirements to be fulfilled. Whatever they do they do on their own, legally speaking. They are private enteprises or private entities and hold no governmental authority whatsoever.

And yet, they appear to be more involved in running America than the government is.

The Parties are corrupted; the Parties own the Media; the Media is an integral and active part of the Deep State.

First Amendment "freedom of the press" applies equally to all citizens, not especially or particularly to any news company or media organization. Thomas Payne, who had access to a printing press, became the "blogger" of his day. Freedom of the press applied to him. Without naming him, or establishing any particular position for him.

It's a citizen thing; party men and news men wouldn't understand. They have no real affinity for the lowly citizenry.

The Parties, and not the constitution, are running both houses of congress. With an iron fist. The parties select our presidential candidates. The parties, and not a party-independend congress and party independent president, pick our supreme court justices.

Thus we are governed not by our constitution, but by our Parties.

America needs to outlaw Parties.

America needs to be made free of Media interference with government.

American government needs its own broadcasting ability.

America needs a new way to moderate political debates.

News media space, facilities and press passes need to be eliminated from the white house and from air force one. Journalists should hold no more privilege than the rest of the citizenry. They can stand behind the rope lines like everyone else.

Belief That Government Knows More About Formal Education Than The Private Sector

Do you see education listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government?

That's funny, neither do I.

So why, in the name of constitutional America, do we even have a department of education?

It needs to be shut down and eliminated, and everyone in it fired.

All the things parents are upset about today are things they became aware of through home on-line "education" provoked by the unconstitutional Marxocrat Party's political weaponization of the Wuhan virus. 

But parental anger is misguided. They are looking at teacher's unions (which are communist and corrupted enough) and at school boards and at specific school administrations. But that's not where all the new racism and new immorality and new unreality in education is coming from.

It's coming from the federal government, and its coming from the UN, the WEF, the WHO and the Davos New World Order billionaires. The same place all the climate change lies are coming from.

We shouldn't be fighting this culture war from the bottom-up, at school board meetings. We should be fighting it from the top down. The federal government has no constitutional authority to be regulating education at any level whatsoever. Education is a private sector matter.

All of this educational crap, from CRT to Transgenderism to Anti-Americanism is coming from the evil Marxocrat Party, not from the school boards and the teacher's unions, although they, too, were largely corrupted and largely in on it.

• The department of education should be shut down and eliminated.
• All federal funds for public schools should be cut off, with some or all of those funds redirected to parents of school age children.
• All federal funds and grants to educational institutions should be cut off, especially to colleges and universities, and let them survive, or not, on tuition and alumni alone.
• The government college tuition guarantee program was and is unconstitutional on its face and never should have been started. It's the real reasons college and university tuitions are so ridiculously high.
  
• If states cannot afford to keep public schools open without federal money, they should privatize the public schools and let them compete with private schools for citizen tuition payments.

Teacher's unions, like all other unions were organized under the umbrella of national and international labor movements, all of which had been taken over, capitalized on and politically weaponized by both Marxists and organized crime families. Unions in America got their big break under FDR's infamous New Deal, which first gave the unconstitutional power of non-employee, non-employer organizations to intercede between employees and employers, and eventually to:

• collect "dues" from workers
• "bargain" with employers for higher wages and other conditions
  
• force employers to deduct dues from employee paychecks and give them to the unions
• force employers to not employ non-union workers
  

In America, that resulted in the Marxocrat Party and organized labor scratching each others back, both monetarily and politically. The unions supported Marxocrat politicians and causes with collected dues, and the Marxocrat Party championed, promoted and protected the growth and expansion of the organized thuggery of the unions.

It was the birth of "organizing" splinter groups for cultural revolution. It was perfected by the likes of George Soros and Saul Alinsky. Today you will find "community organizers" imitating what the unions have done in all areas of life, including from organizing homo and trannie "pride" to black lives matter to Antifa, and even the green new deal, PETA, environmental "justice", and on and on, into every aspect of life in America.

Belief That Socialized Medicine Is Somehow Constitutional And That The Government Is Qualified To Practice Medicine And Medical Insurance.

Comrade President Obama (peace be upon him) and his Party gave us the criminally legislated, criminally signed and criminally adjudicated medical insurance plan fraudulently called the affordable care act, but better known as Obummercare. Everything about it was and is unconstitutional. The members of the House and the Senate who legislated it, the President who signed it and the Justices who later adjudicated it all violated their oaths of office to do it.

Bottom Line:

The whole Marxocrat Party, Deep-State, Communist, New World Order hodgepodge of seemingly unrelated cultural landmines is aiming at using "diversity" to annihilate all exclusivity of identity, for nations, families and even individuals.

It uses psychological tricks to make target subjects, first, absolutely convinced of something that is not true, and second, to be all too easily "triggered" into an inability to cope with any opposition to that false belief, i.e., statements of truth.

Hence, we see millionaire professional athletes on field taking a knee because they were "triggered" by the national anthem, or the American flag. Hence, we see trannies going berserk with a gun and/or committing suicide because someone refused to refer to them using their preferred idiotic gender pronoun. Hence we see Chuck Schumer calling for violence against conservative supreme court justices, and a would-be justice murderer taking him up on it.

They're learning this in school. They're being programmed for it.

This is nuts.

This has to be stopped.

It's going to take Trump, and only Trump, to do it.

Look at what they've thrown at him, and he just keeps coming on. I'm telling you, if anyone else gets the nomination, the whole force that has been aimed at Trump will be aimed at that nominee, his family, his associates, his property, his rights, it will not let up, and he will not be able to withstand it. They will take him out.

What America needs now more than ever is President Trump, 47, and Vice President Donald Jr. or Eric Trump.

Or, kiss it all goodbye and get ready for the great subjugation.
