Proper Morality requires proper discernment between right and wrong; natural and unnatural; good and evil. Discernment enables discrimination. Discrimination between good and evil is good; to be indiscriminate, regarding that which is good (true) and evil (false) is to mentally fall into disorder and chaos. The ultimate goal of evil in this world is destroy good, not in reality, which cannot be done, but in the collective mind of mankind. To turn homo sapiens - thinking man - into an unthinking or collective thinking herd animal.

Indiscriminate. Incapable of proper discernment.

Domestic animals don't think too much; they just do what they've been trained and harnessed to do, and try to please their masters. 

Herd animals don't think too much; they just go wherever the herd is going and do whatever the herd is doing. 

Government and Marxocrat Party dependent educators don't really educate today; they indoctrinate, in accordance with the academic herd mentality, which is in alignment with the Marxocrat Party agenda.

Government and Marxocrat Party dependent journalist don't really report the news today; they propagandize, in accordance with the journalistic herd mentality, which is in alignment with the Marxocrat Party agenda. 

Government and Marxocrat Party dependent scientists don't really do science today; they do Scientism, in accordance with the consensus-thinking of the scientistic herd mentality, which is in alignment with the Marxocrat Party agenda. 

Marxist and Marxocrat Party compliant Catholic clerics don't really do Catholic religion today; they do Globalism, Social-Justice, Syncretism and indiscriminate inclusiveness, in accord with the popular consensus "Spirit Of Vatican II" thinking of the New Catholic herd mentality. Which is in alignment with the Marxocrat party agenda. 

But all of these trends are the result of a trick. They all came out of the Joseph Stalin initiated and still running Cultural Marxism Movement. America, the Church and the whole world, are having an evil PSYOPS operation run on them.  It is making that which is false to be massively believed to be true, and that which is true to be massively believed to be false. To destroy proper discernment, in so much as that can be done. To make us into an indiscriminate people.

And then, to herd us. 

Indiscriminate inclusiveness is destructive of distinct identifiable culture. 

Our diversity is not our strength. Our diversity is our social destruction. You can't even carry on a civil conversation with the "racism" and "diversity" idiots. It's pointless. They don't think; they emote. You cannot appeal to their sense of reason, because they operate solely on emotion. It doesn't matter to them what is; all that matters to them is how they feel. 

The only level they will converse on is how they feel, how you feel, how you make them feel, how others are made to feel, and how every one really should feel or be made to feel.

All feelings; no reality. 

Reality is lost on them. They are ignorant of reality, and worse, they won't even look at reality. 

They have been taught and they believe that the very ones who brought black slavery into this country are the heroic ones who today most loudly condemn it while charging everyone else with the history of it. 

How did American Greatness outlive Tocqueville's 200 year average life of democratically elected governments?

Tocqueville said that a democratically elected government of any kind, including a republic, would only last until

1. Politicians, who would become professional politicians, learned that they could bribe the voters with the voter's own tax money by promising them welfare benefits paid out of tax revenues; and,
2. Voters, who would over time become less independent and more dependent on government welfare, learned that they could work less if they depended more on government welfare benefits, and voted for the politicians who provided the most welfare benefits to them.

The result would be a shrinking number of citizens working and paying taxes, and a growing number of citizens needing and eventually demanding government welfare. An untenable situation. Eventually both the government and the citizenry would fall into hopeless corruption, fiscal irresponsibility and finally total economic collapse, and the government would fall.

America was a new kind of republic, not fitting the mold of any other democratically elected government in all of history. 

The USA was and is the only nation ever to be conceived, declared into being and eventually constituted as a nation ruled not by men, but only by her constitution. The government itself was to be ruled, equally with the people, by the constitution. That is what is meant when we say the the USA is a nation of laws and not of men. Our only ruler is our constitution, and all men stand equal before that constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. 

That is why many of the authors, contributors, framers and ratifiers of both the Declaration and the Constitution were on occasion moved to tears by the beauty and majesty of what they, and God, had wrought.

• The citizenry were to become a self-governing people. 

• The Government could only activate, act within, protect and enforce the Constitution.

Those two fundamental pillars of the American Way are why the USA has outlasted Tocqueville's prediction, and lived longer than any other Republic ever to come into existence. That is the American idea; I submit that, before she is anything else, America is that idea. 

If anyone wants to adopt a political ideology, this is the one to adopt. 

To understand the unique beauty and power of the American idea, study the Declaration itself, and the Constitution itself. 

A self-governing citizen must be a self-controlled "good" citizen.

The mostly Protestant founders and framers had stumbled (or been guided) into the absolute need for Natural Law (i.e., Catholic) Morality as a necessary moral norm upon which to base the Declaration, the Constitution, the Bill Of Rights and all future lesser laws to be legislated into being. They were not even perfect Protestants, if there is such a thing, because some of them dabbled in Diesm, the popular fad of the day, and some of them even flirted with indifference toward atheism, as indicated by some of Jefferson's famous quotes. For instance,

Which sounded good, and still sounds good, but is fatally flawed in the long run. He, and all the others, were raised in Christian households and the book most read by him and the others, from childhood on, was the Bible. That was their morality; that was their set of moral norms, by which they knew right from wrong, good from evil, virtue from vice, a state of sin from a state of grace. 

It is not the same as the "morality" of the atheist, if there is any. Nor is it the same as the "morality" of any religion such as Islam, that insists on imposing itself upon the non-Islamic world, by force if necessary, until the world is in submission to Islam. 

So the problem with Jefferson's indifference, for the Jew and the Christian, is that you may not be indifferent to the Ten Commandments. Nor may the Christian be indifferent to the name of Jesus Christ. 

Bottom line, America's ability to self-govern is limited by America's citizen morality. And America's citizen morality is absolutely dependent upon America's Christian religion. The two things cannot be divorced. 

• The morality springs forth from the religion.
• Citizens imbued with the religion live more moral lives.
• Moral citizens automatically obey representative moral law.

The problem with Jefferson's indifference to religion is that 

• legislated representative law must be moral law, but, 
• representative law is representative of the people, moral or not. 

If an indifferent voter-base elects enemies of the American idea, American morality and the American religion, such as Marxists or Moslems, then the voter-base may not expect them to legislate moral law. They will more than likely try to legislate immoral law, or destructive law, aimed at the eventual downfall of the Republic. 

That is not what Jefferson intended, although that is what we got. 

The eventually fatal flaw in the modern reasoning that makes a "fiscal conservative but social liberal" is toleration, accommodation and even support and advancement, through voting, of immorality.

And immorality is no true friend; Immorality is culturally destructive.

The authors, Jefferson included, intended to constitute into being a highly moral, limited government, self-governing republic. Jefferson, a moral man, never dreamed that irreligious and even anti-religious immorality would or could ever ascend to dominant elected official power in America. 

Against the American idea of a self-governing people ruled only by a Constitution and no man, or the Nation Of Laws concept, are aligned those dedicated to the broad historical Nation Of Men concept. Everything from Monarchy through Parliamentary Democracies and combinations with Oligarchs, Plutocrats and Monarchs. In all of them, some men are above the law, or actually are the law. They are all nations of men, and not the law. For the most part, they are "good" nations, at least in their relations with America. 

But then, of course, we have Islam, born in the year of our Lord 622, and Marxism, born in the year of our Lord 1848. Both Islam and Marxism, in all forms and variations, are implacable and irreconcilable mortal enemy ideologies of Judaism, Christianity and the whole American Idea. They seek our destruction as a nation and the absolute domination of our people. 

Since the 1848 publication of Marx's Communist Manifesto, Marxism has branched into everything from the Boschevism of Lenin's Russia, the Fascism of Mussolini's Italy to the Nazism of Hitler's Germany. Marxist "Socialism" has infiltrated nearly every Western nation's government, and Socialism may be thought of as a "Progressive" form of Marx and Engels' original Communism. It is a conquest by stealth rather than revolution; it is a slow conquest of collective thought, under the evil direction of the now leaderless Cultural Marxism Movement. Cultural Marxism has commandeered enough souls to go on autopilot. 

If you read Marx's Communist Manifesto you will find a long list of angry and angering complaints of the unfairness of life, and how Communism seeks to end all that unfairness and establish a worker's paradise, in a Utopian vision of peace and equality and happiness. But it requires a more careful reading to actually see that what it seeks is the opposite of all of that; what it intends to impose is tyrannical government, holding absolute power over all of the citizenry. Communism is the greatest social lie of our era. Buried among all the false promises of citizen happiness are the ten pillars of Communism, depicted below:

The Pillars of Communism are right there in the Marx's Manifesto. In among his evil depicting lies against Capitalism and Property, and his promise of a Utopian heaven on earth with no government or the so called Communist state of statelessness, is his establishment of a brutally tyrannical state. He actually let the cat out of the bag right there in his own Manifesto. In the middle of his call to arms against the state, he establishes his own dreamed of state. 

From this we can see that Marxism is Machiavelian in its deception and its conspiratorial sedition, and uses the Hegelian Dialectic to exploit every crisis for political gain. All of the Marxist "Fronts" in play today are Sorosian funded and Alinskyian organized, including the Marxocrat Party itself, the Commie-Homo Bishops and general Homo-Clericalsim, BLM, Code Pink, etc., etc., etc., the ongoing Permanent Government attempted coup against the Trump government, and quite probably the Covid-19 fraudsters. 

That ain't all that's aligned against Trump, and us, and the Constitution. Not by a long shot. The Court just gets worse and worse, in it's alignment with the Marxocrat Party against the American Idea. With it's recent horrendous decisions on DACA and Sanctuary Cities among other things, we have been compelled to move Chief Justice Roberts from the "Swing Voter" column to the "Marxocrat Party" column in the Anti-American Supreme Court page and the Anti-Constitution Court page, as you can see below. 

This Supreme Court Table is depicted in many web pages in this site; when it is changed at all, it is automatically updated everywhere else. 

We recently moved Gorsuch from the Constitutionalist column to the swing-voter column, as recorded in the Niel Gorsurch treatment. His explanation of why he supported forcing employers to hire or not fire homos and trannies showed strong evidence of his utter stupidity. 

Or, if he is not stupid, then that he is another MEJTML¹⁴ .

He believes (or he would have us believe that he believes) not only that homosexuality is a sex, but also that transsexuals actually exist. That people can randomly choose, on occasion, to be of some weird "gender pronoun" for awhile, and then maybe later choose another one. And that they really are what they think, claim and project themselves to be. 

And that employers have to hire them and workers have to associate with them, against their will. 

The balance of the Court is now definitely anti-American.  And stupid. 

What can President Trump, or any President, do against all of this now solidly established and official anti-Americanism embedded in our government?

The Constitution provides impeachment as the means of getting Presidents, Justices, Senators and Congressmen who violate the Constitution, out of office. However, the Washington Swamp is never going to impeach any of its own. There are too many anti-Americans in the House to ever draw up articles of impeachment against any of their own. And even if they did, there are too many anti-Americans in the Senate to ever convict any of their own. Anti-Americans, of both Parties, are now solidly established in the House, the Senate and the Court. 

Violation of the Constitution in the legislation, execution or adjudication of law is by definition a violation of an oath of office as well as a crime, since the Constitution is law. The President could charge violators with a crime, but, politically, he would not get away with it. He would be charged with tyranny, and, probably, politically damaged if not destroyed. 

The authors intended impeachment to be the sole means of expulsion; they never dreamed actual anti-Americans could ever rise to such power in such numbers. 

But their rise to legitimate power was itself illegitimate; it was done by deceit and trickery. And that evil trickery could well feed their own downfall.

President Trump can turn their legislation-avoiding stratagems against them and restore the Constitution to it's proper role as ruler of America.

1. The President could Declare Any Unconstitutional Law to be Null and No Law.

In Marbury v Madison, 1803, the Court decided that the law in question stood in violation of the Constitution, which was the Supreme Law of the Land. The Marshall Court declared that unconstitutional law was null and no law, setting the precedent of Judicial Review. If they found a law to be unconstitutional, they could nullify it. 

But the Constitution nowhere grants the Court any special interpretive authority over the Constitution that exceeds the equal authority of the other two coequal branches of the federal government. If the Court can do it, so can the other two coequal branches. 

President Trump could establish a principle of Executive Review by simply declaring the DACA Executive Order to be unconstitutional on its face and therefore null and no law, and then simply begin doing his sworn duty as the chief law enforcement officer of the USA.

The Court and the Congress could complain about it all they wanted to, but they couldn't do anything about it. Congress could legislate over the top of an executive declaration of nullity, but even if they could override his veto, he could still declare the new law null, if it violated the Constitution. 

And the clear wording of the Constitution would be on his side. 

Who's side do you think most American voters would be on if he did that?

There stands today a long list of unlegislated, court established unconstitutional "law" which was litigated rather than legislated into being. The President could declare every one of them to be unconstitutional and therefore null and no law. Just for openers, 

1. Separation of Church and State.
2. Abortion.
3. Homo Marriage.

If the Marxocrat Party wanted to reestablish them in law, all they would have to do is draw up a Constitutional Amendment to do so and send it  out to the States, and get a super majority of 38 States to ratify it. Otherwise, as it stands now, all of those examples, and more, are violations of the Constitution as written. 

2. The President could similarly Declare all Unconstitutional Bureaucracies to be closed and defunded.

Article On Section One declares that all new law must originate in the Congress. The key word here is all. If it is not legislated by the Congress and signed by the President, it is not a law. 

The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the ability to "delegate" any of its sole legislative authority to any other extra-Constitutional entity that may be brought into being. Yet such extra-Constitutional entities have been brought into being, in the form of government bureaucracies, with the power to issue "regulations" with the full force of law behind them. Thus, we have unconstitutional "law" imposed upon us by nameless, faceless, unelected, unrepresentative and unaccountable bureaucrats. 

And they all seem to be "regulating" to a Marxocrat Party tune. 

Bottom line, Article One Section Eight lays out the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. If it isn't in there, Congress cannot legislate it. If Congress cannot legislate it, the President cannot enforce it, and the Supreme Court cannot adjudicate it. 

Very simple; nothing to it. The federal government is not supposed to be doing everything. The federal government is Constitutionally limited. 

Do you see the Environment in Article One Section Eight? How about housing and urban development? How about abortion? Maybe Marriage, at all, let alone marriage for the homos? What about education? The practice of medicine? Insurance? 

No?

That's funny, neither do I. Maybe they should not be addressed in any way at all by the federal government. Maybe, just maybe, they should all be addressed solely and exclusively by the private sector, or by state and local jurisdictions. As they all once were. 

Before they were all screwed up.

We have gone over a whole lot of the unconstitutional federal bureaucracies among the Cut The Spending pages and the Fixing America pages. It's time for a re-look, and a major cut back in all of them.

A President could simply take them out of existence by simple declaration of unconstitutionality. 

If the Marxocrat Party wanted to reestablish them in law, all they would have to do is draw up a Constitutional Amendment to do so and send it  out to the States, and get a super majority of 38 States to ratify it. Otherwise, as it stands now, all of those examples, and more, are violations of the Constitution as written. 

Who's side do you think most American voters would be on in the ensuing political brouhaha if President Trump just started knocking off giant unconstitutional treasure-sucking bureaucracies, and all of their unconstitutional and therefore now null regulations along with them?  And all of their Marxocrat-Party voting armies of puffed-up petty bureaucrats being paid by us to ride herd on us. 

It would be a simple and "clean" way to get it done and clean it up. 

With both the Constitution itself and a clear majority of American voters on his side, what does he have to lose? 

3. Could Trump win all 50 States?

Most people think I'm nuts, but I think it is possible for Trump to win California and New York. The Marxocrats are defeating themselves there. Marxocrat voters in those states don't want what they're getting at the hands of their Marxocrat rulers and their BLM rioters and looters. They don't want this. Their lives are at stake. Their homes and business are burning and being looted. Their cops are being defunded, shut down and run out of town. 

Maybe the unions, including police unions, will still toe the Marxocrat Party line, but not the members. The people who actually run unions are Marxocrats, Communists and gangsters; they produce money and votes for the Marxocrat Party. They may still produce the money, but they sure as hell won't deliver the votes. Not any more. 

Do you think any cop in America is ever going to vote Marxocrat again?

Even the illegal aliens don't want this; they, too, are in danger and out of work, thanks to the Marxocrats and the Covid-19 hoax and BLM. The Marxocrats are depending on the illegal alien vote, but if they do illegally vote, it just may be for Trump. Even they don't want to live in a burning, seething, dangerous America. 

The Marxocrats are keeping the nation closed, supporting BLM, vilifying and defunding the police, not prosecuting rioters and looters, not requiring bail for any criminals arrested for anything, and generally opposing the rule of law. 

California, New York and all Marxocrat run jurisdictions are being turned into worse than the old Wild West; they are going into anarchy. 

Even life-long Marxocrat voters don't want this. 

Whether he takes California and New York or not, when Trump wins, the Left is going to go absolutely bananas. If you think they went crazy when he finally won in 2016, you ain't seen nothin' yet.
